Adjustments focus on addressing joints that may be restricted or subluxated throughout the skeletal system including the spine, arms, legs, hands, feet, ribs and jaw.
Adjusting Techniques include: Manual Adjustments, Mechanical Instrument assisted, Table assisted, and Flexion/Distraction
This form of treatment focuses on the muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia that may feel tight/tense/compressed (commonly felt as a “knot”) throughout the body.
Therapeutic Techniques include: Myofascial release, Trigger point therapy, Active and Passive release, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization
This specialized soft tissue technique utilizes single-use sterile needles that penetrate into the muscular layers of the body. After leaving the needle in place for about 10 minutes, the muscles begin to relax and move more freely. This treatment is a gentle approach that typically works well for those who might feel that other forms of Soft Tissue Therapy are too intense.
These forms of exercises are not a typical workout. As opposed to building muscles, they are focused on building strength by helping with injury recovery/rehab, managing chronic conditions, improving body mechanics and functionality.
Therapeutic Exercises can include: Abdominal Breathing, Isometrics, Post Isometric Relaxation, Stretching, Balance and Coordination
